About Us

BCE’s founder is Alison, who has worked in Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities, set up and ran a Young Carers Project, been an Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer, Social Care course leader in a local College, Alison  is also the Chair of Trustees for a charity that supports Individuals with mental health and learning difficulties. She is passionate about raising the standards in social care and helping others. Alison is a Dignity Champion and wants to raise the awareness of dignity through her work. Whilst the company has grown considerably it remains a family run business.

Tony, Alison's husband, joined the business in August 2015. His background is management in the motor trade. He runs the office and administration team. He has learnt a lot about social care in the past few years and has the same drive and passion as Alison to make changes to the way people work in social care. He has been an invaluable member of the team as he has seen the social care sector with 'fresh eyes' and has questioned the way we work in the social care sector.

Our team of trainers have been selected on their range of experience and quality of training. When we recruit we look for trainers that have the passion to make positive changes and improve the standard of care. 

We have extensive experience within the social care sector and have a passion and drive to help people deliver high quality care. Our high quality training has been recognised by Skills for Care who have endorsed us as a high quality training provider.

We are conveniently situated in Weston-super-Mare with great transport links to the whole of the UK ensuring we can work nationwide.

We work with each person/organisation individually to ensure we meet your own specific needs. We are ordinary people with a passion and drive to make changes and support people in the social care sector.
