Level 3 Customer Service Specialist

Dealing with customer queries, purchases and complaints.

The aim of this apprenticeship is to produce professional Customer Service Specialist who represent the company as an expert and first point of contact dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, enquiries, problems and complaints. Apprentices will utilise both generic and organisational IT systems with awareness of other digital technologies.

How long will it take me to achieve this qualification?
This course is typically takes up to 15 months.
